very troublesome. could not get access code, got it for short period and soon after did not work. thankfully slider door was left unlocked by someone before us and that was only way we could access condo to sleep.

The bedrooms were very spacious, the unit had an elevator, and the pools were great. The space from beach is great! The bunk beds were very wobbly and squeaky making it difficult to sleep. The kitchen and livingroom did not have air conditioning. The kitchen had no dish strainer or dish cloth to do dishes. Three remotes had dead batteries. We rented a unit that sleeps nine but only had 4 spoons and dinner plates in the kitchen. Both bathroom fans did not work and there was no air conditioning in the bathrooms. The parking space was very narrow and would not allow me to open my door to access my Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I never saw any documentation while renting this unit that specified that only compact cars would fit into the parking spaces. I an 73 years old and needed to either climb into the back of the van to sit in it or walk an additional 2 blocks to the beach carrying beach items. I did receive additional dishes and utensils after complaining about what the unit had. When I contacted EVR regarding the parking space I was assigned, I was told nothing could be done and to park on the street. The free street parking was 2 blocks away. Harbor lights parking areas were not uniform. Some spaces larger than others. All in all I would not recommend this unit or this company due to the issues I experienced upon arrival. I feel the units need to be inspected before renting them out to be certain everything is working as advertised.
