Originally built over 110 years ago for a local doctor, this home later belonged to acclaimed Southern author Guy Owen, best known for The Flim-Flam Man. Today, it’s been lovingly preserved to maintain its rich character, with original wood floors, antique doors and knobs, and thoughtful architectural details throughout.
