Location - Located a 10 minute walk from the Kingsthorpe Centre and a couple of miles outside Northampton Town Centre.
Parking - Free parking on the premises and free street parking.

Bathroom - Fully equipped with bath with shower above.
Kitchen - There is a modern kitchen that provides everything you need with a dining table with 3 chairs.
Lounge - Comfy and spacious with large TV and large sofa.
We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please.
You will have access to the whole property.

RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties!
*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and any related charges will be passed onto you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm the quiet times are to be respected.
*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties and we will charge you for the cost of specialist cleaning to resolve.
*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
*We require a £250.00 security deposit upon check-in which will be refunded on check-out providing there are no issues at the property.
*We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID.
*The minimum age to book the property is 21. We will cancel all reservations without refund if verification steps are not completed or the age requirement is not met.
