Sleep Your Way: Choose between a huge Super King bed or two singles in the main room - perfect for kids, colleagues or if you want to have a good roll around! There is also a comfy double bed in the other room and a sofa bed that can sleep two in the lounge.



Work & Glow: Catch up on emails at our dedicated desk (with fast Wifi and secondary monitor for extra real estate) or preen at the mirror to get camera-ready for a big day.



The Fun Stuff: Kick back in front of the 55" TV or whip up a home-cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. We also have a selection of board games you can choose from.



Total Peace of Mind: Free parking right outside, a washer-dryer to keep you fresh and your suitcase light, and a cozy cot for the little one should you need it.

Should you need to (and where we are able to accommodate it) we're happy for you to drop your luggage at the property before your official check-in time so you can start to explore Northampton without being burdened with dragging around your suitcase.



We're located on Harold Street in central Northampton (NN1), a short walk to the historic Market Square and Grosvenor Centre shopping. The large Racecourse park and riverside paths lie a few minutes’ walk to the north, and St Peter’s Church, town-centre restaurants, cafés and pubs are all close by. The Northampton General Hospital is a short 4 minutes walk away. The University of Northampton campuses and business/innovation hubs are within easy reach, so the area has a mixed town-centre vibe with residential terraces, local shops and leisure facilities.



Highly walkable for town-centre trips (shops, restaurants, parks and cultural sites). Northampton railway station is the main rail hub about 0.8–1.0 miles away (roughly a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi). North Gate/central bus stops and Victoria Street coach stop are in the town centre with Stagecoach local buses and National Express coach services. Taxis and rideshares are readily available from the town centre. Cycling is feasible — local cycle lanes and riverside paths provide direct routes into central areas. Limited on-street parking locally; if driving expect controlled parking zones nearby. Parking permit provided for guests.
