The hotel room was clean and comfortable. It had everything you would need for a couple of nights away.
The hotel itself is cashless which we didn’t know.
The breakfast was tasty and plenty to choose from the only thing I would say is that there seemed to be a lack of staff around the hotel and when having breakfast. The ladies there were running around trying to keep up with filling up the breakfast table, emptying tables and serving customers. It just felt they were struggling. There was also hardly anyone on reception. My husband went and rang the bell
Someone was in the back and ignored him. Another lady had to leave the restaurant to assist him.
Easy to find, lovely location on the marina. Good selection of food for dinner and buffet breakfast. Clean comfy room. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Very noisy when guest who was above us was walking around their room. Had to ask twice for soap replenishment in bathroom and 2nd bed was not made up on arrival. This was then rectified on request.
we Booked for 3 nights at the property but we checked out after the first night and went to an alternative hotel which cost us again. when we arrived we were asked to pay a £50 deposit for each room, we had 2 rooms. we were given an accessible room for both which we did not require and we found the room and the bathroom to be very tired and in need of upgrade, especially for the price we paid. we had to close the curtains as someone was sat in their car staring into our room ( strangely he will still there in the morning ) there was a lot of drunken people around and when we went to bed all we could hear was people screaming and shouting at each other. All night there was a lot of noise you could hear people walking around. Maybe we were really unlucky and its not always like this but I definitely could not stay there a moment longer.
