This 4-season home has 1.5 storeys, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, with a loft and view that makes you appreciate the grandeur of the sprawling cedars and a cathedral ceiling that frames the main room.
INSIDE ~ the double sided wood fireplace creates an ambience for your formal dining and living room areas. The in-law suite with ensuite includes a private entrance and patio and kitchenette. The master bedroom with ensuite includes a large walk in closet and soaker tub and walk out entrance. ... PROPERTY ~ The exterior of the property includes a 6-person cedar wood fired sauna, bonfire lounge, 1 large wrap around deck, 2 verandas, Tesla EV charger, spacious back lawn to enjoy the peaceful sights and sounds of the woods. Weather in Grey-Bruce can be unpredictable. Snow clearing follows a set schedule and is not on demand. Travel during storms is at your own risk, and cancellations due to weather do not alter the cancellation policy.
