Had to extend my stay to six nights due to flights being canceled twice. Staff at the front desk were amazing and so helpful! Bar and restaurant in the lobby has great food and drinks, and the best staff! Room was clean and spacious King bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping is quick to respond to any needs .My only suggestion is to change out the pillows from feathers to something that actually has a little bit of support. Parking lot is very well lit on every side of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Bugs on table beneath tv at 3:30 am. Called front desk and the guy was not helpful and did not offer an apology or offer to me to move to another room.
I returned Thursday evening and this is how house keeping made the bed up. Really?!!!
Zoom in. The management wouldn’t even give me some complimentary points for my inconveniences. I was up from 3:30 AM until returning that evening to get another room in which the clerk had charged me for but then it got corrected. Straight aggravated
Zoom in and the front desk clerk came to the room and saw the bugs running around. And they were all on my clothes, that I had out to wear the next day.

OMG! VERY comfortable room! I was in heaven. Great bed, room was quiet and dark when it was time to sleep. spacious room and bathroom. Very nice staff. I will stay here every time I come to Tuscaloosa.

There is a bar on the premises with a variety of drinks available, even though we did not take advantage of this feature it was nice that it was there if we desired to have anything. The breakfast was fantastic. Many choices. Never left feeling hungry!

I roomed alone and I felt very safe at this hotel. Every time I came back to my room I had new towels and linen. The staff there is super sweet. The food was 10/10. My go to hotel now ! I love it ! I had a great first experience
