We would love to welcome you to our cosy cottage in the quiet village of Lower Southrepps in beautiful North Norfolk. Three comfortable bedrooms, newly fitted bathroom, well equipt kitchen, most of the mod cons and absolutely no street lights. Off street parking. Quiet and peaceful location. Great pubs and train station within walking distance. Short drive to the beach. Close to Cromer, Overstrand and Mundesley. No dogs or pets. Bathroom is downstairs. Stairs are steep.

Couldn’t have been better!

I cannot fault anything about our stay at Victoria Cottage, it was super clean and comfortable and everything you could possibly need was supplied! The decor was beautiful and all the furnishings of such great quality. The location was brilliant for exploring, in the countryside but not too far away from anything.

Wonderful time

Our family of 4 have just returned from 4 nights at Victoria Cottage Exceptionally well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. SO good to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Good parking - we came in a large VW van - but would recommend reversing on. Nice outdoor space. Ideal base to explore the area. Would highly recommend.

Convenient

Well maintained and up to date. Location was paramount for my stay and didn’t disappoint. Had everything you could need and more. Driveway was a little tricky with my 4x4 as safest option was to reverse in but nothing I couldn’t handle. Nice quiet and private location.

Home from home!

Beautiful property with everything you need whilst away from home! The welcome package of local produce was a lovely touch too. The kitchen is fully equipped with LITERALLY everything you would need & each room had some lovely homely touches. Great location in a quiet area with some lovely walks, and only a 10 minute drive away from some beautiful local beaches. We had a wonderful stay.... we just wish we had booked longer than a week!!
