It wasn’t as bad as I expected. No real housekeeping but they will replenish what you need if you ask. The breakfast wasn’t bad at all BUT the tables in the lobby are so bad you can’t even put your arms/elbows down or else it feels like it will break immediately or flip over. The room has a microwave and small fridge. You shouldn’t expect much but it’s not the worst.

Property is extremely outdated and not clean. The bathroom above us was leaking into our bathroom with water all over and the hotel refused to provide us a refund. I will never stay here again.

Quality does not match the price

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the staff was very helpful. The hotel is in definite need of upgrades. Our room was large, but the beds were very small for 2 people in each. The curtains had brown stains all over them that I was telling myself was water stains. My shower needed the strength of a body builder to turn on. The caulking was coming apart and the faucet was movable when trying to turn on. The breakfast was OK. The waffles and juice were good, but the bacon was like rubber and tasted like it. I paid over $600 for my 3 night stay. For the price I paid, the hotel did not meet the pricing.

A little dated, but clean and convenient. Close to casinos. Wonderful staff. Had a small problem, our original smelled like smoke. I went down and spoke to the clerk at the front desk and he immediately changed her room.
