Just a short stroll from the award-winning BLUE FLAG beach, this cosy retreat blends coastal charm with modern comfort. Within a few minute walk there are two CAFES, a PUB, VILLAGE SHOP & POST OFFICE, CHILDRENS PLAYGROUND, VILLAGE ORCHARD and a small ARCADE. Within a few minutes drive you'll find FINE DINING at Ingham, Supermarket in Stalham, BOAT TRIPS on the broads and SEAL PUPS at Horsey. There are also beautiful walks from the doorstep to WAXHAM BARN & CAFE, and SMALLSTICKS BARN CAFE - both perfect for lunch or tea and cake!

Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming space with everything you need for a relaxing stay – from a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area to comfy bedrooms and thoughtful touches throughout. We welcome 3 dogs, and our beach is dog friendly year around. We include treats and doggie essentials like dog bowls, variety of throws and poo bags. We just ask dogs not on or in the beds, and not to leave them unattended for long periods of time as they may become distressed

Great early winter beach stay

This house is perfectly situated for access to the beach which is approximately 100 yards from the house. There are several places to eat traditional seaside fare and a very friendly pub to grab a pint and relax in front of the open fire. Dogs are welcome everywhere in Sea Palling which is just brilliant. The cottage is cosy, well equipped and has bags of character we loved it and look forward to staying again soon.

Beautiful house, felt right at home. A stones lob from the beach, ideal for dog owners or if you like a morning dip in the sea. Plenty of great cafes and sights to see within 30 minutes drive in the car.

Gorgeous cottage & just a 1 minute walk to the beach

Comfy beds, Netflix for the kids, a thoughtful welcome basket (for us & the dog), even a hose which was perfect for washing sand off our feet. This was a perfect base for us during our holiday, and Laetitia was ever so helpful when any problems came up.

Only two things needed some chairs for the garden and better curtains in bedrooms . Early morning sunshine got us up early. This is being picky the cottage is in a great spot near the beach and all shops . Would recommend it and will be staying again

Rocket House - Sea Palling

The cottage is lovely and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The beach is fabulous and if you walk a few hundred metres along, very quiet. We used the cottage as a base to explore North Norfolk which we did by car, on bikes and by boat. Laetitia met us on arrival and was so helpful with advice on what to do and where to go. Lovely host and a lovely cottage!
