Reached via its own brick and flint tower and a long driveway off a quiet single track lane, it provides a peaceful escape while sitting around 5 miles from Sheringham, Holt, and Cromer, with Norwich only 20 miles to the south.Set within a conservation area, the manor is surrounded by rolling countryside and clear night skies. Although off the beaten track, it is a short drive to lively seaside towns known for independent shops, steam railway trips, and fresh local seafood such as famous Cromer crab.The North Norfolk Coast offers sandy beaches, pretty villages, and family attractions including BeWILDerwood, Dinosaur Adventure, and Pensthorpe. Culture lovers will enjoy coastal galleries as well as major Norwich venues like the Sainsbury Centre and the Castle Museum.

There is an additional cost to use one or both of the hot tubs. The Main House hot tub is £200 per stay, and if you'd like access to the smaller Mews hot tub as well, the total cost is £350 per stay. This is to be paid directly to the property owner. Please enquire at the time of booking.

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Wedding receptions, stag/hen parties and any special events are on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges. Please note that legally binding weddings cannot be hosted on site at this property.
