A proper house beats a row of hotel rooms after a long day on site. Original sash windows, high ceilings, decorative Victorian fireplaces and a calm whitewashed interior throughout. The kind of place you can wind down in for a week, not just sleep in. Run by a Norwich family team who know what working crews need on a long stay. Cleaned with fresh linen fortnightly as part of your rate. The whole city centre is walkable from the door.

Self check-in via a keybox by the front door. Your unique code is emailed to you at noon on the day of arrival. We change the codes regularly between stays.

Victoria Street is a one-way street, exiting onto Grove Road.
Bus gate restriction: between 7.30am and 9.30am you cannot turn left at the end of the road. Outside those times, both directions are open.
A11 and A47 ring road access is straightforward via Grove Road and Newmarket Road.
Norwich International Airport: about a 15 min drive.
On foot: the whole city centre is walkable from the door.
The train station it's around a 15-minute walk.
By bus: Multiple routes run along St Stephen's Road into the city centre and out to the wider region. Stops are within 2 mins walk.
Cycling: Norwich is flat and very rideable. Plenty of cycle parking in the city centre.
Most teams find they only really need the van for the commute to site. Everything else is doable on foot from the door.
