Great location with shuttle to casino. Attended a concert on night 2. Bar & restaurant staff was great! Hotel is older but room was big & clean. Felt a bit stuffy as no air was circulating prior to our arrival.

Room wasn't properly cleaned. Food was on the floor near the bed upon entry. Staff was nice. All floors were in desperate need of vacuuming. Laundry services offered were price gouged to hell. No free breakfast offered, only a menu with seemingly slightly over priced food options.

They said they’re going to refund some of my money but I have to contact you so you can put it back on my credit card. They said they called you guys and I should be all set. So you can credit my credit card back due to the bathroom toilet was not working. We had to use the main lobby which we were on the third floor had to go down to the first floor in the middle of the night.
