Step into the charming Nicholson Cottage, filled with rustic decor, open brickwork, and thoughtful touches - a cosy retreat after a day exploring the stunning Norfolk coastline.

The open-plan layout is ideal for quality time together. Enjoy meals around the dining table for four, just off the modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine). Relax in the lounge area with a board game or a movie on the smart TV.

The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms:
Super king master bedroom with plush bedding.
Twin room, which can be converted into another super king upon request (let us know before your stay).

The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail, and fluffy towels - no clingy shower curtains here.

Outside
Slide open the doors to a beautiful private sun-trap garden - a peaceful sanctuary for morning coffee, evening wine, and soaking up every bit of Norfolk sunshine. The patio is furnished for al fresco dining, the garden is secure for four-legged guests, and the whole space is perfect for birdwatching, butterfly spotting, and pure relaxation.
