Would Stay again.

Was comofortable. Everyone who worked there was lovely. I was above the games room and one of the nights. It was really loud. So much so that i couldnt hear the tv. You could hear eveybody coming through the door downstairs and in the corridor. The room was nice. A lot of resident ladybirds. Bed had sagged in the middle. Neverrheless. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent and rhe room was comfortable.

Central heating broken and not fixed water in shower and hand basin tepid so had to boil kettles to wash breakfast cold dining room cold knew this was a dog friendly hotel but they allow them on the beds !!!!!!!!! So who knows how many animals had been in the bed before our stay ! ? We believe these are new owners as we have stayed before a couple of years ago and it was much nicer then . We cut our stay short to get home for a much needed shower! The whole hotel was freezing . Best thing about this hotel is the staff .

What a lovely place, next to the broads. Lovely homely place, every body made you feel very welcome, beautiful food and drinks. Lovely room, so much room, very very comfy beds, I didn't want to get up lol. This is a gem of a place, we will be back 😊😊☺️☺️ even loved the fresh coffee making facilities in our room. Good solid play and great for dog owners.

It was a lovely cozy place to stay and the staff were very helpful and happy. Breakfast was good and unrushed and the bonus is that dogs are allowed pretty much everywhere, restaurant, bar, rooms and breakfast room. This is a really nice gesture. They get a sausage at breakfast too. Lol. Only let down for us was the heating was broken but I have to say we were given an electric heater straight away which was adequate for the room, and of course this wasn't the fault of the hotel. All in all a good stay and would recommend. Plus point,if you eat there you get 20% off as a guest. Food is really good in the evening.

Really friendly staff who went out of their way to make us and our dog feel welcome. Good overnight location for visiting Norwich and the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

Great short break
