Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear multi-level garden with lawn and patio, and driveway parking for two cars, with off-road space for an additional two cars a short distance from the property. Boat parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You’ll find a shop, pub, and river in 0.1 miles, and a lake in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. The Little House is a charming base for a Norfolk escape. Note: Garden on a river front – please take care.
The Neighborhood:
The village of Horning is perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk Broads. Set on the River Bure, the village stretches a mile along the banks and enjoys a number of waterside properties, pubs, shops, restaurants and a popular tea room. For a fun trip out you can enjoy a double-decked paddle-steamer, a purpose built boat for the Broads, which can even be privately hired for up to 100 people. The boat also has the benefit of a bar and occasionally a live jazz on board! Horning also enjoys a summer fete, regular sailing races and many other events especially throughout the summer. A lovely location for the Broads and beyond.
