Inside, the main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a convenient half bath.

Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each with built-in closets and individual air-conditioning:

The primary suite features a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace—ideal for remote work.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and built-in workspace, sharing a large hallway bathroom with the third bedroom.
The third bedroom includes a queen bed with a double loft bed above, making it a great option for families or groups.

From Casa del Pez, Playa Pelada is just a 10-minute walk away, offering a peaceful beach with natural shade and calm waters. The world-class surf of Playa Guiones is a short 10-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. While the home is close to beaches and restaurants, having transportation is recommended to fully experience everything Nosara has to offer.
