With an area of over 4,500 sq. feet (420 m²), this beach house was designed for those who want to fully enjoy the Nosara lifestyle, just a few minutes’ walk from the surf and Guiones downtown.

Casa Los Feliz features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house. A private office provides a quiet space for remote work or study. The house also includes a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors.

Guests can enjoy the inviting swimming pool, BBQ area, and sunny terrace with lounge chairs. The home also provides security, private parking for two cars, and a surfboard rack for surfers.

Casa Los Feliz is located just a 4-minute walk through Olas Verdes Hotel or a 5-minute walk through Baker’s Beach entrance. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, cafés, yoga studios, and a surf school.
