The space
The villa has a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful indoor and outdoor living area, which makes it an idyllic beach bungalow and retreat getaway for friends, families, or digital nomads! The sliding glass door allows for a fluid space for guests to feel connected inside of the house to those lounging by the pool just steps outside of the house. The space is both tranquil and immersive of a jungle experience with the sounds of howler monkeys who frequent town.

This home offers a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom main house with an upstairs loft (we are counting this as one of the 3 bedrooms) as well as an additional 1 bedroom 1 bathroom second unit/apartment on the property with its own kitchen and loft as well. It provides extra privacy and flexibility having the second building where multiple families can also stay on property together.

All bedrooms and living room feature independent A/C units for your comfort. The shared living/kitchen area allows people to stay connected and the TV lounge area is just beneath the loft upstairs that has two twin beds. The front yard hang out space has shade, multiple seating areas, and an overall tranquil vibe.

In the main house, you have a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the second bathroom has an amazing indoor/outdoor shower that is covered on top but open to give an immersive experience.

The space is situated in the heart of town within a gated property, which yields a mix of both convenience and seclusion. Did we mention it's a 4 minute walk to the sand? Grab your surfboard and walk right into the amazing surf that Playa Guiones has to offer! After, come back and wash off in the outdoor shower and head right back out to restaurants and bars only steps away.

Overall, the home can sleep up to 9 with extra mattress added in studio loft upon request.
