No dust, no traffic, direct ocean front property. Once you arrive, no need to drive as you can walk or bike along our beach to stores, restaurants and surf. The sound of surf permeates the air and the nearly private beach is a short stroll from your doorstep on our private path through the 100 meter protected maritime zone.

Villas Ecositas Nosara is a learning center, a retreat, a very special place to bask in nature, or the sun on the beach, enjoy a sunrise or sunset surf, yoga on the beach or under our unique teak triple reciprocal roof yoga pavilion.

Villas Ecositas is yours to carve out and craft your own special time in paradise—to add the finishing touches to your novel, host your intimate beachfront wedding or your own yoga or healing retreat, or simply do nothing. How you enjoy our beautiful and unique property is up to you.
