喫煙フロア、リノベしてください

禁煙室がもう満室で、仕方なく喫煙室をとりました。大失敗でした。 喫煙室のタバコの匂いが半端無く最悪で気分悪くなりました。フロア全体がタバコのケミカルの匂いがして、お部屋の中ではバスタオルまで染み込んでました。普段悪いレビュー書きませんが、これは必ず書いた方がいいと思いました。おすすめしません。

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable.

Typical Japanese business hotel, but maybe better than most. Clean, excellent service and all the amenities you'd expect. The staff were very helpful when I arrived far too early.

喫煙ルームだった。大浴場も使えず。とにかく部屋が異常に臭かった。

気になった点が2つ有りました。 １つはバスタブが小さいのは我慢出来るのですが縁がないのでシャンプーやソープを置くて非常に不便だった。 2つめは寝具が冬用の布団だけなので暑がりとしては春用のタオルケットなどがあると良いと思います。

快適な宿泊でした。

予約時に禁煙ルームが無かったですが、当日に対応して頂き良かったです。 スタッフの対応も良く、印象が良くなりました。ホテルの周りに歩いて行ける食事処がもう少しあれば最高でしたね。
