The country house has been lovingly renovated to provide comfortable facilities without sacrificing the original and authentic features of the house. It is ideal for a family or for two friendly couples spending the vacation together.



The cottage is situated in a sheltered location on a large, private natural plot. Stroll down the few steps to the pool in the morning and take a swim. Take a short walk in the well-kept garden and admire the nice rose garden.



Nearby destinations include the ancient city of Syracuse and the late Baroque towns of Val di Noto such as Noto and Modica. You can also visit the natural area of Vendicari or the charming former fishing village of Marzamemi, with its historical atmosphere and wonderful sandy beaches.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2026; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
