The apartment offers a large terrace with views over the rooftops of Noto, with a small plunge pool. It develops over the second and third floor of a building with lift.

The property does not offer private parking; if you do have a car, it can be parked on the street but it will depend on availability and it's not guaranteed. Otherwise, it can be parked in Noto's main car park on Via Cavour, 158 (extra cost; €20 per day in 2024).
