Netina Domus is an exclusive villa with private pool located in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position in the surroundings of Noto, in south-eastern Sicily. Set in an enchanting rural context, the residence is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, which houses the splendid infinity pool and spacious terraces where the view sweeps over the surrounding countryside out to the sea. The cosy, light-filled interiors on one level feature a large living area with lounge, dining room and kitchen, a half bath and four double bedrooms (with 160x200-cm beds), all having an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition to being fully air-conditioned, the villa has Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven, espresso and American coffee maker, barbecue, outdoor shower and private parking. The strategic location of Netina Domus likewise makes it possible to reach the nearby historic centre of Noto and the most beautiful locations in south-eastern Sicily, such as Syracuse and Ortigia, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero and the Vendicari Nature Reserve in a few minutes by car.
