Punto di forza dell'immobile è la sua ubicazione: si trova infatti a pochi metri dalla Famosissima Porta Reale, praticamente l’inizio del bellissimo corso Barocco ricco di monumenti e storia dove potete ammirare la splendida Cattedrale di Noto, il Palazzo Ducezio passando per Via Nicolaci, conosciuta in tutto il mondo in quanto sede dell'infiorata Netina. La casa di Marta può ospitare comodamente 4 adulti o 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Sono presenti 1 letto matrimoniale, 2 letti singoli, 1 zona living con angolo cottura e 1 bagno con vasca e doccia. È un ottimo punto di partenza dal qual muoversi per visitare le più belle città della Sicilia orientale. In pochi minuti di macchina riuscite a raggiungere la storica Siracusa, Avola con la sua mandorla e il suo vino, le meravigliose spiagge sabbiose di Noto Marina e San Lorenzo.
