2 renovated cottages and 1 accommodation in the owner's house. Ground floor: studio (1 pull-out sofa bed, 2 single beds 90x200 cm), bathroom (walk-in shower with WC). Shared washing machine. Terrace. Shared grounds. Sheets and towels included. Savoyard style chalet located 100m from the slopes. Quiet area. Good comfort. Warm mountain character. Pleasant common garden carefully landscaped and flowered. Large sheltered and well exposed terrace. Beautiful unobstructed view of the Aravis massif. Shops, services and leisure on site. Gite located 100m from the slopes of Notre Dame de Bellecombe/Espace Diamant (ski area with 185km of slopes connecting Flumet, St Nicolas la Chapelle, Crest-Voland, Hauteluce and Les Saisies). Cross-country ski trails 3km or 12km away, famous Nordic Olympic area of Les Saisies (120km of slopes). Leisure activities: water, inflatable water games and treetop adventure course 4km away in Praz sur Arly. Numerous sports, fun, aerial and outdoor activities, summer and winter, in all the villages of Val d'Arly and Beaufortain. A territory classified as a "Land of Art and History." A privileged location between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the renowned Route des Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorcycles, mopeds, and cars, via the Col des Saisies or Col des Aravis. 12 km away, Megève, a prestigious village resort with a golf course and swimming pool. An ideal destination in the land of Mont Blanc!
