Traditional chalet dating from 1885, renovated, located 1.5 km from the downhill and cross-country ski slopes. Very quiet residential area on a southern hillside. Superb natural meadow setting. Comfortable. Spacious. Bright. Very pleasant. Warm mountain character. Large balcony and vast 50m² exposed terrace. Magnificent panoramic view of the mountain range and valley. Country chalet located 1.5 km from the downhill and cross-country ski slopes, between Notre Dame de Bellecombe and Les Saisies, the famous Olympic Nordic ski area (120 km of cross-country trails). A prime location in the heart of the Beaufortain/Val d'Arly massif for hiking and cycling. Numerous legendary Alpine passes! This area is classified as a "Land of Art and History". Close to the renowned Route des Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. An ideal destination in the Pays du Mont-Blanc!
