## Space

Decorated with a California theme, this 60m² house can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a living room and a fitted and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, all necessary crockery, television (TNT channels), hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board).
The sleeping area has two bedrooms with double beds and the convertible double sofa bed in the living room offers an additional bed for 2 people. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful wooden terrace with all the garden furniture for a successful holiday (outdoor table and chairs, parasol, barbecue or electric plancha ...).
The house also benefits from a private 6-seater spa (optional), in the garden.

Welcome to Domaine Le Sherwood, your peaceful haven between the national forest and the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.

Inheriting its history as a former summer camp, the estate has been redesigned into a friendly, fully pedestrian little village. Our 17 attached villas blend seamlessly into this wooded setting, creating a genuine hamlet atmosphere.

Your privacy preserved: Peace and quiet are our watchwords. Each accommodation features its own private green enclosure. You can fully enjoy your garden (and your private hot tub, available as an option) away from prying eyes.

The ideal location: From the estate's shared pathways, you have direct access to the region's many cycle paths, allowing you to reach the beach in just a few minutes.

Our team is available at the reception during the week to assist you throughout your stay.

## Notes

The private SPA is optional, its cost is 40 € for the duration of the stay.
Bed sheets are provided
Towels are not provided. The rental of a towel kit is 7 € per person.

Pets -25kgs and not noisy are accepted for 15 €.
The accommodation must be left clean (dishes cleaned and put away, bed (s) unmade, refrigerator cleaned, bathroom, kitchen and floor washed, trash cans emptied).
If you do not want to clean, you can choose to take the cleaning package at 85 €.
You can also ask us for a cleaning during your stay for 39€ (notify us 3 days before the cleaning intervention).

If you wish, we can provide you with a baby kit for an additional € 15.
This kit includes an umbrella bed (with mattress and mattress pad), a high chair and a baby bath.

C'est notre 3eme séjour. On apprécie les villas décorées avec soin, la propreté; le petit espace extérieur les pieds dans le sable,bien clôturé pour enfants et animaux, l'emplacement près de la forêt et des plages. l'accueil sympatique. Bref on reviendra certainement pour un 4eme séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce domaine et dans la villa Californie. Le site est très bien situé par rapport à la ville et la plage. Très calme malgré que l’ensemble des villas était occupé. Le site et les logements sont bien entretenus et très agréables. Le jacuzzi est un plus indéniable au retour des grandes balades en vélos. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et très professionnel. Rien ne manque tout est mis en place pour passer un séjour inoubliable.

On a passé une excellente semaine au Domaine Sherwood. Parfaitement localisé, avec un très beau domaine domanial pour de très belles promenades et la plage à quelques minutes à pied. Le logement était parfait avec de bons matelas, un canapé confortable, une salle de bain moderne et tout l"équipement pour fonctionner sans jongler. À l'accueil ont est toujours reçu avec efficacité et gentillesse. Un vrai lieu de détente !

Séjour du 13/7 au 28/07/18 Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans votre domaine, la météo était de la partie. Les moins : manque d' espaces de rangement dans la cuisine et peut-être des accessoires de rangement dans la douche . les plus : l' endroit est agréable ;calme et propre le spa est un plus en fin de journée. Et aussi un très bonne accueil de la par de Esther ( zezette) qui assure le bon déroulement de nos vacances . pensons revenir chez vous en fin d' année selon merci a vous et encore à Zezette

Très propre, moderne a 2 pas de la foret et la plage. Qui accepte les chiens . Seul point négatif serait le vis a vis du passage des résidents quand nous sommes en terasse ou dans le spa . Mais un super séjour a refaire dès que je pourrais .

L'accueil et le logement sont impeccables, l'équipement est très complet, la proximité de la plage est idéale. Cette résidence sécurisée est étudiée pour respecter l'intimité de chacun. Seul bémol, il faut se protéger efficacement contre les moustiques très virulents le soir.
