The Rustik Refuge invites you, your family and friends to spend unforgettable moments. Located on the banks of the Lièvre River, it offers a magnificent view.

Spacious and warm, with rustic and modern decor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a raclette set, a fondue set and a blender. There are two relaxation areas: one with a wood-burning fireplace, the other a solarium with a TV and work desk. At the bottom of the property, a dock leads down to the river.

THE LAYOUT
The master bedroom, on the mezzanine, overlooks the river. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and two connecting bedrooms in the basement, with one bathroom on each floor. Two living rooms, a game room, and a large balcony overlooking the river.

The basement holds a play area with a pool table, a small arcade machine, a bar and a spa. Several children`s games are kept in the living room chest.

OUTSIDE
The veranda gives access to the spa and an outdoor fire pit. Two outdoor furniture sets seat six each, one on the upper balcony and one on the lower. A double adult kayak and three adult life jackets are available.

GUEST ACCESS
Travelers have full access to the property, excluding the garage in the parking lot. I am always available during your stay if you have any questions or emergencies.

THINGS TO DO NEARBY
Parc Jean Matha Constantineau is just 5 minutes away. This waterfront park has a playground, picnic tables, a birdwatching dock and a floating dock on the water. It is free, open 24/7, and a local favourite.

Trail #2513 of the Quadri-Laus and Quad Destination Hautes-Laurentides ATV clubs runs directly through the municipality. A snowmobile trail belonging to Club de Motoneige Anti-Loup Inc. also passes through, connecting to the larger trails of Club de Motoneige Les Ours Blancs.

Suggested restaurants: Auberge Presqu`île, Restaurant Chez Julie, Casse-Croûte chez Lorraine.

The nearest grocery store is Le Marché Bonichoix in Notre-Dame-du-Laus. The nearest convenience store is Le Beau-Soir in Notre-Dame-de-Pontmain.

The neighbouring town of Mont-Laurier offers a cinema, library, beauty and relaxation spa, restaurants, shopping centre, the Jacques-Lesage sports centre, the VD equestrian centre and Re-Cyclo Sports Perron bike rental.

IMPORTANT
A car is required to get to the cottage.

Wood is included. For the indoor fireplace there are some logs inside, and more on the balcony to the left of the fireplace.

Please bring your own sheets and blankets for the sofa beds.

The dock is installed between May and June and removed between September and October, depending on water levels.

For groups of four guests or fewer using only one or two beds, a portion of the cleaning fee may be credited following inspection of the premises after your departure.

GOOD TO KNOW
Guests must be 30 or older to book. ID verification may be required.

LONG-TERM STAYS
For long-term rentals, select 31 nights or more to receive the monthly discount and avoid taxes applied to nightly stays. Reservations over 3 months include housekeeping every 8 weeks.
Remove shoes at all times. If we smell cigarette smoke or other odors, a $400 fee will be deducted from your security deposit. Fireworks are prohibited. Dogs up to 40 pounds are accepted.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
