Nestled in a peaceful woodland setting, the villa offers the perfect balance between nature, comfort and premium amenities. Ideally located in the Maurienne Valley, it provides easy access to some of the Alps' most famous mountain passes, ski resorts, hiking trails and cycling routes.

The villa features 6 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest.

Five of the six bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, providing a cool and comfortable night's sleep during the summer months.

The bright and spacious living area includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a large dining area and a comfortable lounge, making it the ideal place to gather after a day in the mountains.

For even more entertainment, guests can enjoy a dedicated games room equipped with a pool table and table football.

A large secure garage is also available, offering plenty of space for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. It is especially appreciated by cycling groups wishing to store their equipment safely.

Security Deposit

The day before your arrival, you will receive a secure UP2PAY payment link by SMS to authorize a €1,500 security deposit.

This is a pre-authorization only—no money is charged to your account. Your card's available spending limit must be higher than the deposit amount. The authorization is automatically released approximately one week after your departure, provided no damage has been identified.
