Obviously rebranded recently but attention to detail needed to be taken care of. Hiding cracked tiles in the bathroom with a rubbish bin ! Missing screws from a light switch ! Dirty Lifts. they could do with a freshing -up But overall. No complaints. Staff excellent. Good efficient and friendly service. Would recommend the hotel and happy to return

Nice enough for a 1 night stay. Room tidy and clean. Bed quite comfy. Very disappointed not to get a free breakfast despite advertised when booking. Receptionist told us we didn’t get one on arrival!!!

Room great. Only negative is kettle set up Reception staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, nice selection, although staff seemed a little uninterested. Cooked breakfast could have warmer and beans a little less dried out... Overall though would recommend, nice easy walk to Arena and shops.

Good location for theatres

Good location for easy walk to ciry centre theatres and restaurants. Not many onsite parking places but plenty of other carparks mear by. Clean and tidy room. Good choice fpr breakfast

I was in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor and it was very nice. The carpet in the bedroom was wet however by the bathroom door. Also the noise from the street below was very loud. Lovely toiletries, very comfy bed and good tv. Shame they don't do food but a quick walk to the shops.

Perfect location

Perfect location, everything in walking distance from the hotel. Clean and big room, but the room temperature was to hot (air-con broken) needed to have a fan in the room for all my stay. Tiered hotel needs to be refurbished.

Overall a good experience. Hotel in the centre of the town, near to theatre and shops. Enjoyed breakfast, all staff pleasant and helpful. Bedroom good although bed was a little uncomfortable.
