This privately run, family-friendly, very well-kept holiday home is situated in a quiet location, approx. 15 metres from the sea. The house is in the 1st row with unobstructed sea views and has 5 modern, cosy and lovingly furnished flats. The flats, each with approx. 45 m² of living space, are equipped with a bathroom (shower/WC), a separate bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a sunny balcony with sea view. The spacious south-facing balcony offers a marvellous view of the sea and the bay of Pag. A barbecue belonging to the house can be used. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house and the distance to the pebble beach directly in front of the house is approx. 15 metres. You can also reach marvellous bathing bays with sandy or pebble beaches in no time at all by boat or car, where crystal-clear water awaits you. Enjoy your bathing or active holiday in Kustici on the island of Pag. Directly in front of the house there is a free boat mooring for small to medium-sized boats. A small, cosy restaurant serving regional specialities is located in the immediate vicinity. Other restaurants can be reached on foot or by car within a very short time. The nearest grocery shop and a bakery are approx. 100 metres away. The next largest town, Novalja, is approx. 6 km away and offers numerous shopping facilities, restaurants as well as sports and entertainment facilities. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to the sights of Plitvice Lake, Krka Waterfalls, Kornati or neighbouring islands.
