LOCATION The building is located just 350 m away from the central pedestrian zone of Novi Sad. Five-ten minutes by foot - and you're at the main square Trg Sloboda, in Dunav park or at the embankment of Danube river, there is just twenty minutes walk to Petrovaradin fortress.

The best restaurants of the city, numerous outdoor cafes, currency exchange offices, sales offices of all mobile operators, a lot of mini-markets, a supermarket IDEA and AROMA, Futoska market are next door.

It is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi from the railway station and bus station to the apartment, from the Belgrade airport it's 50 minutes drive.

ACCOMODATION The apartment is ideal for stay of 2-4 guests. It's at the second floor of the building and has a total area 63 sq. m with the following structure:

1. A large living room with a comfortable sofa and a flat 43-inch TV with hundreds both international and local cable channels. A dining zone has a table and chairs.

2. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils including a big fridge, a glass-ceramic hob, a microwave and a kettle.

3. A master-bedroom with a king-size double bed 160x200 with a comfortable mattress and fresh bedsheets and a large wardrobe.

4. A second bedroom with two single beds 90x200 which can be pushed together to make a big double bed.

5. A huge bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

6. A terrace.

We provide you with fresh linens and towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will have access to free unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) and cable TV. At the disposal of guests are a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION A free parking option is in front of the building. From 21:00 to 7:00 every day and from 14:00 on Saturdays to 7:00 on Mondays the parking is free everywhere. You have first 15 minutes free even at a paid parking.

HOUSE RULES No smoking inside the apartment, no parties, no any noise after 21:00. Seriously, neighbors can call the communal police if you disturb them.

Check-in time is from 14:00. We have a self check-in option so you can come anytime you like, even late in the night.

Check-out time is before 11:00.

This apartment offers its guests a terrace and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
