This well-maintained holiday home in Povile, a quiet suburb of Novi Vinodolski on the Crikvenica Riviera, is situated on a slope and offers four modern-equipped holiday apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen with a stove, oven and filter coffee machine, SAT-TV with LCD, air conditioning, free WiFi and a furnished terrace. Two apartments are located on the ground floor, two on the first floor, each with one to two bedrooms.



The fully enclosed property offers children plenty of space to play, a covered communal terrace, outdoor shower, sun terrace, sun loungers and a barbecue that can be used alternately by all guests. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. Communal use of the washing machine is possible for a fee. Pets are allowed upon request.



The holiday apartment on the first floor offers 35 m² of living space for up to four people. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a living, dining, and kitchen area with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and SAT TV. The 10 m² terrace is partially covered, furnished, and provides direct access to the garden.



The apartment is ideally suited for families or couples who wish to spend a quiet holiday near the beach. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, heating, internet (WiFi) and kitchen towels are included in the price. Additional costs will be incurred for air conditioning, pets and the use of the communal washing machine. The tourist tax will be collected on site.
