The accommodation features five spacious bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, as well as an additional guest toilet, allowing even larger groups to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay together. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the remaining two feature bunk beds. The rooms are bright, tastefully furnished, and designed with an emphasis on privacy and comfort. A generous living and dining area invites you to spend pleasant evenings together, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils, leaves nothing to be desired.
The villa also offers a private outdoor area with a swimming pool and a stylish barbecue area, ideal for relaxing poolside days or cozy BBQ evenings with family and friends. All facilities are for your exclusive use – there are no shared areas with other guests.

The beach and the harbor are also within easy walking distance, making spontaneous boat trips or laid-back beach days effortless. Parking is available approximately 250 meters from the villa and thanks to the excellent walkability of the area, a car is usually not necessary during your stay, while the location still offers flexible options for arrival and transportation.
