Villa Mate is located in an idyllic small village called Smokvica Krmpotska, near the town of Novi Vinodolski.
An ideal place for families with children, but also travelers who enjoy the peace.
The house is perfectly tailored to your needs, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday.
The sea with pebble beach is just 120 meters from the property.
The villa has three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a balcony where you can enjoy the sunset with sea views. In addition, there are three bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room in the premises, which of course is also air conditioned.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Soundbar as well as a Samsung Tablet modern.
The garden of the house provides with its Mediterranean plants and trees for pure holiday feeling. The swimming pool (size 4x8m) is lined with an extensive terrace where you can sunbathe undisturbed. Of course, an outdoor shower and sun loungers and parasols are available for you.
The terrace also has a gazebo with barbecue and outdoor kitchen, for a delicious barbecue after a sunny Meerestag.
It is also intended for your children, who can let off steam on the on-site playground.
It is also possible to use bicycles or SUP (stand up paddle).
Parking is available in front of the building.
