Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn 500 m2 trees, swimming pool angular, with privacy (7 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 13 km, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 13 km, bus stop 9.8 km, sandy beach 13 km, public bathing area 13 km, concrete beach 13 km. The Unit consists of the main house and pool house rented as one unit.
