Villa Casa Valero is situated in the green surroundings of Bužinija, in the immediate vicinity of Novigrad. This terraced house has a fully fenced property, which ensures your privacy while enjoying the view of the green expanse from the private pool. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 5 people. The interior will delight lovers of contemporary sophistication and the tranquil atmosphere of the garden will give you a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The open-plan living area on the ground floor will delight you with its airiness, natural light and views of the surrounding countryside. The open-plan living room, kitchen and dining room come together in a minimalist design with modern furnishings. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV where you can watch a film in the comfort of the air-conditioned room. Underfloor heating ensures complete comfort throughout the villa. A very modern kitchen design with a large island will delight lovers of luxurious interiors. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob. The industrial style dining table is set between wide glass doors that provide direct access to the garden and views of the Istrian countryside.
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and are designed to be oases of relaxation. Comfortable double beds, simple lines and bright colours all combine to create exactly this kind of environment. For added comfort, 2 rooms have TV's. French doors in 2 rooms provide plenty of natural light and a soothing view of the greenery. It is possible to add a child's cot.
