On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed. Villa Esmeralda I and Villa Esmeralda II can only be rented separately to guests. Group bookings are not permitted.Note: New houses have been built in front of and next to Villas Esmeralda I and II, changing the surroundings compared to the photos taken at the beginning of 2024. The villas still offer top-notch comfort, but the environment now provides less open views and privacy.
