Surrounded by untouched nature and overlooking the peaceful surroundings, the villa offers complete luxury and comfort, and every corner exudes sophistication and attention to detail.


Enjoy sunny days on the spacious terrace with a swimming pool, where you can relax on comfortable sun loungers, enjoying privacy and peace. For the youngest, the yard is a true paradise - a children's playground with a trampoline, swings and children's bikes will provide hours of fun and laughter. Next to the pool, a brick fireplace invites you to relax with evening meals, while an outdoor covered dining table provides the perfect setting for shared family meals under the starry sky.


The villa is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a modern bathroom, a kitchenette and an elegant lounge with a billiards table, which is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, with lots of natural light, perfect for enjoying family moments.

Upstairs there are three luxurious bedrooms, each with a double bed, television and air conditioning, providing maximum comfort and privacy.
