The villa is 40 m² in size and has 1 floor. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and 4 chairs. Although small in size, the room has everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay, and it is visually enlarged by the large window in the living room. The space is dominated by neutral and light colors combined with pastel green, as well as modern furniture and carefully selected matching decorations. On the same level there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. Next to it is a shared bathroom with shower and separate toilet for guests.



In addition to the youthful and contemporary interior, Villa Villetta also has an attractive exterior, which is characterized by a combination of modern architecture and Istrian charm. Under the wooden pergola there is a spacious outdoor terrace with a dining table with 4 chairs and a relaxation area with comfortable armchairs. There is also a summer kitchen with a grill, so you can prepare all your specialties outside. The villa is surrounded by a magical Mediterranean garden of 200 m² where you will find two wellness areas - a 15 m² swimming pool with 4 sunbeds and an outdoor hydromassage jacuzzi for 4 people. In the center of the garden there is a large cherry tree that provides plenty of natural shade and a wicker swing, ideal for relaxing or reading your favorite book. The property is completely surrounded by high walls that provide maximum privacy.



Villa Villetta is a small oasis of peace and tranquility, about 20 minutes walk from the center of Novigrad, a quaint town that offers many amenities. Sunbathe on one of Novigrad's many beaches, stroll along the Mandrač harbor, watch the sunset from the Belvedere Loggia, and end the day with star gazing from the comfort of Villa Villetta's garden.
