Holiday house in the old, traditional fishing settlement Abelvær at the sea area Folla. An attractive destination for anglers, with good fishing in the area. Boat to rent with motor. The wooden house, which was built in 1937, was completely renovated in 2008 and presents itself in an appealing way. On the ground floor kitchen / living area for family life, dining room and bathroom with shower / WC. In the attic are all four bedrooms: one with double bed, the second with single bed, the third with family bunk with 120 cm wide sunbathing area below and single bunk above and single bed and the fourth bedroom, a passage room, with sofa bed for 1 person. The technical equipment of the house includes TV with various international channels (no German) and Wi-Fi for surfing. The house also has a 27 m2 terrace area with wonderful views to the archipelago before Abelvær. The house is located directly in the small fishing village with a few other houses and a farm. Enjoy this maritime environment on excursions, e.g. to one of the idyllic sandy beaches, islands or spiers, which can be discovered by boat. Small paths lead along the coast and invite you for a walk on the fresh sea breeze. The offshore marine area Folla is considered very rich in fish, with countless fishing grounds to choose from. In recent years, there was a lot of halibut caught there. A rentable, selbstlenzendes 18 foot boat (type Hansvik skjærgårdsjeep) with helm, 60 hp outboard, chartplotter / depth sounder / GPS and 4 rod holders is moored to a floating dock, about 300 m from the house. There is also a Filetierbank and freezing capacity. THE BOAT IS ONLY IN THE PERIOD 01.04.-01.10. RENTED! The old, historic buildings of the small settlement are lovingly maintained.
