A estadia apresentou alguns desconfortos, principalmente relacionados ao atendimento. Na chegada, à noite, a chave do quarto estava quebrada. Era possível abrir e trancar, mas claramente estava prestes a quebrar no trinco. Ao procurar a recepção, não houve solução imediata: não havia cópia da chave, não havia manutenção disponível no horário e não foi possível trocar de quarto. Fui orientado a deixar o quarto apenas fechado, sem trancar, com a justificativa de que ninguém entraria, o que não transmite segurança. A cópia da chave só foi disponibilizada no dia seguinte à tarde. No café da manhã, cheguei às 09h15, sendo que o horário informado era até 09h30. Mesmo assim, fui informado pela atendente que o café já havia acabado, usando o horário como justificativa, apesar de ainda restarem 15 minutos. Preferi não argumentar no momento. Além disso, na outra manhã a mesma atendente fez um comentário ao notar que deixei um pedaço de pão, perguntando se eu estava com fastio ou ressaca, no que achei invasivo e antiprofissional. Fora isso, a estadia foi boa, acredito que foram apenas casos isolados comigo.

O ar condicionado pinga a noite toda, fazendo um barulho que seja impossível dormir. A recepção e o atendimento são excelentes. Sugiro ainda deixar um lençol para cobrir, não apenas a coberta. O banheiro e escorregadio e entope facilmente com a evasão de muita água, alagando todo banheiro.
