Free parking is available directly on the property of the landlord.

The apartment is located in the bungalow of the landlord.
It has an extra entrance via a staircase, and, if not so fit on foot, across the hallway of the landlord.

The apartment is facing south-east with unobstructed views of the Alps.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary.
In the kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, as well as kitchen utensils you can act as desired.
In this room there is a wood stove for fresh days, as well as a sofa bed for 2 persons.
The dining area is also in this room with the apartment entrance.
The bathroom has a whirlpool bath.
In the bedroom there is a large wardrobe, as well as the possibility for a children's bed.
In front of the garden house is a small terrace created for cozy evenings. A barbecue is available.
When it gets fresh you retire to the garden shed.

The Chiemsee (Bavarian sea) is about 10 minutes by car.
For hiking there are all around the possibility, Ruhpolding, Inzell etc. are reachable in less than 30 minutes.
Directly at the apartment leads the Traun-Alz-Radweg over.
