- NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted, please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours
- Groups of young people are not accepted. It is a family oriented place, It`s not a party place. :)
- Reservations for young people under 25 years old are not accepted.
- Do not stain the white towels – a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels . Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or any other unsanitary messes. Please use paper towel.
- No use of any glass in the pool area and gardens in Seibal. Fines of around $10,000 MNX

View was beautiful. Pool incredible, the largest we’ve ever seen. Quiet and very well maintained. Suitable for all ages. Ricardo and his team were very responsive to any requests we had while there for the month of March!

The unit was very ample, clean and was as described. The host was very attentive and quickly to respond. I would highly recommend staying at Seibal. The short golf car trip to the Vidanta property was easy. Staying at the unit allows you access to a great beach, pool amenities and resort benefits.

PWe had to cancel our stay . I waited well over a month for my refund . Expedia ( where I booked from) turned us over to VRBO who said they contacted the owner but there was no response . Kept calling and sending messages . No refund or response . Owner finally after a month , sent me a message apologizing and saying that it was his processing company’s fault .VRBO kept saying to call my credit card company . I finally got the refund , but I feel I would never have gotten the refund if I had not spent at least 10 phone calls and at least 5 hours on hold and being transferred. I should have not had to fight for my refund , processing problem or not.
