The Space:

Morning light catches the Pacific horizon from your private balcony, the ocean stretching wide beneath open skies. Salt air drifts in on warm coastal breezes, and the sound of the water below sets the tone for slow, sun-filled days. This ocean-view retreat in Flamingos - part of Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta along Banderas Bay - brings together space, comfort, and resort living for groups of up to 12.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests - with a total maximum capacity of 13 including a minor under 15 in accordance with condominium rules - the home features 5 bedrooms and 6 beds, along with 5 baths. Each bedroom includes room-darkening shades and clothing storage, so every guest has a quiet, restful space to retreat to after full days by the sea. All guests, including children and babies, count toward the occupancy limit.

 

Outdoor living

Step outside to a private balcony with sweeping ocean and mountain views, or head down for a swim in the outdoor pool. A private hot tub is there when you're ready to unwind, and beach access paired with beach essentials - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - makes shoreline outings easy and spontaneous. The private backyard is fully fenced, with outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with sink for open-air meals under the coastal sky. Sun loungers let you stretch out at your own pace, and resort access opens up even more ways to enjoy the surroundings.

 

Entertainment and recreation

Evenings inside can be spent in the movie theater or gathered around the TV. When energy picks up, the ping pong table and pool table are ready for friendly competition. For those who want to stay active, exercise equipment includes an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench - and a shared gym in the building offers additional space to move.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully set up for group cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Cooking basics and a dining table round things out, making it easy to pull together meals - from a quick breakfast before the beach to a relaxed dinner at home with the whole group.

 

Comfort and convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the interior cool throughout the year. The single level home layout means no stairs inside the residence, and an elevator in the building adds ease of access for everyone. A dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - supports remote work, backed by Wifi. A free in-unit washer and dryer let you pack light, and free parking garage on premises plus free street parking add practical flexibility. Self check-in and 24-hour building staff ensure smooth arrivals at any hour, and long term stays are welcome.

 

Neighborhood

Set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta in the Flamingos area, this condo places you right alongside Banderas Bay on Mexico's Pacific coast. The area carries a humid-tropical climate averaging 28°C, with consistent warmth, steady ocean breezes, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere throughout the year.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._9_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.
