Nice ground floor apartment, a stone\'s throw from the sea, perfect for families.

Located in a tourist area, full of restaurants, bars, markets and tobacconists, it represents an ideal solution for every need.

Large living area with full kitchen, complete utensils set and dining table with comfortable chairs, sofa and TV.

The living area leads to the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.

The double bedroom features a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, pillow set and large wardrobe.

The smaller bedroom offers two single beds with wardrobe.

In the living room there is a sofa bed.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, bidet and courtesy kit with shampoo, shower gel, soap and hair cap.

...PARVA EST SED APTA MIHI...

Casetta piccola, ma con tutti i comfort (riscaldamento autonomo, sufficiente ed esclusivo cortile, parcheggio privato, a disposizione tutto l'occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno). Il proprietario attento e premuroso. L'appartamento è situato in una zona che permette di raggiungere in poco tempo vari siti di interesse turistico. Abbiamo soggiornato ad inizio anno 2023 godendo di assoluto relax in una zona tranquilla vicinissima al mare, in cui sono presenti tutti i servizi. Consigliatooo!
