Service was excellent. Stayed two nights here and arrived around 6pm on the first day by bus — Heda is a small town so taxis stop very early, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to come down and pick us up! They also offer to shuttle you places if you are not able to reserve meals, so if you plan to dine in the hotel definitely try and do it far ahead

I wish I could give this hotel 100 stars. The location was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, the staff service was unbeatable, and the meal they prepared for us was delicious and memorable. The onsen area was clean and beautiful, and I would recommend to anyone to make the trip out to Heda. Truly a unique and special experience and I can’t wait to go back.

海水浴とセットでどうぞ

近くの海水浴が目的なら申し分ないです。旅館から直接いける近道があります。旅館の周りにはセブンイレブンが一つしかなく飲食店もローカルのが何店舗しかありません。旅館内も自販機しかない感じです。部屋の風呂がとても良いです。いくまでの道も山越えか海沿いの細い道なのでちょっと大変ですが、家族で海水浴か釣り目的が良いでしょう。

お部屋は非常に広くて使用しない部屋があったほどでした。部屋からの景色も素晴らしく良く眠れました。ただ洗面所とトイレが主室から離れており、何となく落ち着かなかったです。貸切風呂では、久しぶりに家族でゆったりとした時間を過ごせてよかったです。ただ電気をつけていると外や他部屋から見えるのが気になりました。総合的に見るとスタッフの対応や環境も良く、楽しい時を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

景色最高

素泊まり利用のため、覚悟はしてましたが、戸田の中心地までは距離もあり、お店の営業時間も短いため、夕食のお店探しには難儀しました。 部屋からの景色、御浜海水浴場へのアクセスもよいため、夏の家族旅行には最適と思いました。また、利用したいと思います。

コロナ対策がされていた。

コロナ対策をきちんとされていて、ホテルスタッフも客目線でのサービスと接し方をして頂いて、感じが良いなと思いました。ハードはやや古いものの、脱衣所が綺麗にしてあること、エアコンの効いこと、ロビーが綺麗なことが良かったです。オーナーが代わり、昨年リニューアルされたそうです。良い旅となりました。
