Amazing friendly staff from front desk staff to the gardeners. Beautifully managed property to every detail. Rooms were so spacious, we stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa the pool size was so big. Breakfast options was delicious fro fresh juices to cuisine options. Cant wait to revisit.

Frist time in Bali and we were completely happy with the Villas and support. Villas was immaculate and comfortable. Private pool and outdoor lounge area perfect for fun and relaxation. Villa staff was top notch and supported us each day with tourist support like guides and rides. Couple massages in spa were amazing. definitely a repeat on next trip

The Amarterra resort is absolutely beautiful. The private villas are just magical and really create the tropical luxury atmosphere that makes it easy to really relax and feel pampered. The beach is a short walk or a driver will drop you off. Beach lounges, fresh towels and friendly staff to bring you cocktails at the beach. The staff at the resort were so friendy and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing. Local shoopping just up the road or an air conditioned department store if you chose. I cant speak highly enough of the beautiful Amarterra resort and their amazing staff. I loved every minute of my stay.

From the moment we walked in at 12 midnight, the service was exemplary. The next morning and every breakfast after, they made sure our dietary restrictions were cared for and went out of the way to look after us. The kitchen staff, and all staff as a matter of fact were so attentive, always saying hello and checking whether we required anything. The property was extremely clean and you could always see staff walking around…we can’t wait to come back again for our 10th anniversary

Beautiful property and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Villa with private pool was immaculate. Drink service was a bit slow and dinner buffet was lackluster. The property’s close proximity to Bali Collection made finding other dinner options easy. Would definitely stay at Amarterra again!
