We recently spent 14 days at the Conrad Bali Nusa Dua, visiting all the way from the UK, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unforgettable stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel not only welcome but incredibly special. A massive thank you to Nanta who made our stay so amazing and the Bellman captain Adi Irawan, who were both instrumental in making our stay amazing and recovering a missing suitcase. They went completely out of their way throughout our trip. Nantas personal touches and dedication to ensuring our comfort was simply extraordinary, providing thoughtful advice, breakfast boxes for our early departures, and organising a fantastic tour driver who made our trips out magical. The food at Conrad Bali great. Each meal was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. What stood out even more was the team’s attention to our dietary needs. They went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was taken care of, offering personalised meals that suited our children’s needs and dietary restrictions. We felt truly cared for and valued in every meal experience. The resort’s facilities were equally brilliant. From the luxurious pools to our spacious suite, everything was impeccably maintained, offering comfort and relaxation at every turn. The attention to detail. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The Conrad has beautiful facilities, fabulous rooms which are cleaned every day. The grounds at immaculate and kept in pristine condition. There are 3 restaurant’s to eat at along with room and pool service. The swimming pool is enormous and wraps around the hotel. It’s not verr deep so excellent for the children. The hotel has bicycles to ride and plenty of sun lounges with huge umbrellas. At night time there is evening entertainment and all the night lights and candles around the hotel create a wonderful atmosphere. The Spa is wonderful with its own pool, sauna and steam room. All the employees at the hotel are amazingly friendly, kind and considerate and really want to help you. I will definitely return.

The staff and amenities were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The bed and bedding were so comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The pools were large, not crowded and very clean and the gardens were a pleasure. The beach was just okay but I'm not all about a beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Very peaceful and relaxing hotel with lots of options for meal. Outdoor service was exceptional, staff was very polite and helpful. No one has to struggle to have a swim as the pool area covers the perimeter of the hotel. Ideal location next to sea front.
